Tenerife is the largest of the seven Canary Island. Tenerife belongs to the country of Spain and it is situated in the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of Africa. With the population of 886,033 Tenerife can boast of being the most populous island of Canary Islands as well as Spain.

Costa Adeje (Las Americas-Los Cristianos): Costa Adeje is one of the most prominent tourist hubs of Tenerife. It boasts of azure blue sea and golden beaches and great leisure opportunities. There is famous theatre in Costa Adeje where musicals are held and its Congress Hall is a architectural marvel.

Puerto De la Cruz: The lush green town of Puerto de la Cruz is a ideal place for the more mature traveler. The Charco town square of this town is worth a visit. Loro Parque is a famous zoo and park which is situated just outside the city.

The warm and pleasant climate that Tenerife enjoys all year round has earned it the name of Isla de la Eterna Primavera o" Island of Eternal Spring" The average temperature of Tenerife oscillates between of 22 degrees - 24 degrees C in the winter and 26 degrees - 28 degrees C in the summer. The comfortable climate of Tenerife is largely due to the trade wind whose humidity creates large cloudbanks over Tenerife shading it and cooling it from the scorching sun.

Tenerife is the most industrially advanced among all the seven Canary Islands. The service sector of Tenerife is quite advanced and accounts for 78% of its total production capacity. Among the other sectors construction and production of renewable energy are most mention worthy.
